REFUNDS AND RETURNS

For any reason, the customer can return the items purchased on monellavagabonda.it within 14 days of receiving the goods.
monellavagabonda.it does not offer an exchange service, you can only return the items and place a new order online.

All customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.



REQUEST YOUR RETURN HERE (help@ monellavagabonda .it )

The return request must be made via email and must contain:
- Name
- Surname
- Email
- Order number
- The product to be returned
- Reason (not mandatory)

If the request is accepted, the customer will receive a return authorization email with instructions to follow.
If the request is rejected, the customer is not authorized to return the goods.
Goods returned without authorization will not be considered.

All products must be returned in the same condition as originally sent, including labels, tags, belts, packaging, certificates of authenticity and free merchandise received through the promotion (if applicable).

Damaged, stained, washed or altered returns are not accepted, the goods must be tested only and not used outdoors.
All products must therefore be in perfect condition and meet our quality standards.

We do not accept returns of items with transport damage, personalized items, sealed items unsuitable for hygienic or health reasons opened after delivery, items purchased outside of monellavagabonda.it

To remain adequately protected during transport, it is mandatory to ship the items in their original packaging, it is also recommended to use a second protective box / wrapper outside the original one to ensure greater protection during transport.

Upon arrival at the warehouse, the product will be examined.
If the goods have defects attributable to monellavagabonda.it , the refund is total.
If the goods have defects attributable to the customer, the refund will be calculated based on the problems caused to the goods.
Shipping costs for goods that do not comply with the requests are charged to the customer

If the product complies with the requests, the customer receives a refund for the returned items within 14 days from the date on which the customer exercised the right of withdrawal, with credit on the payment method used.

If the customer used cash on delivery (COD) payment, to receive the return transfer he must provide us with:
- name of the account holder
- IBAN code
- BIC / SWIFT code

monellavagabonda.it reserves the right to withhold the refund amount until receipt of the products subject to the right of withdrawal.

Refunds can take up to 10 business days to appear on a customer's statement, depending on the bank.
